Cleaning Subcontractor

Job Title: Subcontractor

**Duties**:

- Perform various duties related to facilities maintenance and custodial services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure completion of assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Lift heavy objects and equipment as required for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in facilities maintenance and custodial services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques.

As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients while adhering to safety guidelines. **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
