Join our team in our retail store in Montreal as a Retail Sales Associate in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm - NO weekends

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Greet clients
- Package merchandise and place in boxes for customers
- Handle sometimes the arrival/shipping of goods

QUALIFICATIONS:

- French and English
- No experience needed/ just willing to learn
- Highschool diploma (degree) or equivalent
- Punctuality
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Open to suggestions, judgment and honesty are a must

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to lift and handle items up to 50lbs.
- Good visual acuity

**RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE**:
Ce poste est chargé de servir notre clientèle, de gérer toutes les transactions et de maintenir le magasin bien rangé et présentable. On s'attend à ce qu'il soit capable de rester concentré tout en travaillant dans un environnement au rythme rapide et qu'il ait de bonnes capacités d'observation. L'horaire standard est de 8h à 16h30.

**FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES**:

- Accueillir les clients
- Établir ou trouver le prix des produits non étiquetés
- Emballer la marchandise et la placer dans des boîtes pour les clients
- Répondre aux questions des clients, par téléphone, en personne et par courriel
- Ajuster la disposition et la rotation de la marchandise sur les étagères
- Gérer la caisse et le comptoir
- S’assurer que le magasin est organisé et bien approvisionné
- Nettoyer les étagères et s’assurer qu'elles sont exemptes de poussière et de débris
- Compter et équilibrer l'argent
- Superviser l'arrivée des marchandises dans notre zone de réception
- Effectuer de l’assemblage léger

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bilinguisme requis
- Minimum 1 an en service à la clientèle
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Ponctualité
- Souci du détail
- Compétences de base en mathématiques et en informatique
- Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à travailler en équipe
- Ouvert aux suggestions, le jugement et l'honnêteté sont indispensables

**CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL ET EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES**:

- Capacité de soulever et de manipuler des objets jusqu'à 50 lb.
- Bonne acuité visuelle
