The Role:
the baker is first on the premises, with key
duties include following all recipes, operating commercial appliances, food handling and kitchen clean-up

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Mix ingredients and knead dough by hand or using mixers
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures and cooking times as needed
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a baker in a restaurant or catering setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with various types of flours, sugars, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Creativity and artistic skills for decorating baked goods

**Salary**: $24.32 per hour
