**Responsibilities**

This position is responsible for receiving, distribution, and shipping of all production materials and general merchandise, and maintaining current database information related to shipping and receiving Design custom products based on previous designs.
- Preparing transfer order materials for shipment and receiving transfer materials.
- Verification, documentation, and distribution of all received goods.
- Shipping, receiving, and documentation of materials for outsourced processes.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain safe workplace environment in shipping and receiving area.
- Demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Safety Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field would be considered an asset.
- 1-2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving is required.
- Forklift certification would be an asset
- Computer literate, data entry competence.
