**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all customer/prospect visits to the Bolton Campus, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Act as the receptionist for the customer experience center, welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression of the Husky brand.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Facilities, to ensure that all aspects of the customer visit are well-organized and executed.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and materials required for customer visits, including agendas.
- Booking of Conference rooms, hotels, catering requests and transportation as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their visit, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Ensure that all facilities, including meeting rooms and presentation areas, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their visit, building strong relationships and representing the Husky brand in a positive manner.
- Prepare post-visit reports and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and shared with the relevant teams.
- Using Husky tools, ordering office supplies for various business units.
- Manage promotional goods inventory, for the campus, including ordering, and request fulfillment, managing shipments to Husky locations globally.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in documentation and materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings, as required.
