We are looking for a reliable and motivated medical receptionist to join our team of Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors and Sports Medicine Doctors. The position is Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday from 7am-3pm.

**Primary duties include but are not limited to**:

- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments/billing
- Keeping track of inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing clinic flow and organization
- Tidying up the clinic and restocking supplies in the treatment rooms
- Communicating with patients, therapists and other receptionists
- Flexible to cover vacation and sick days for other receptionists
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office, hospitality or other customer
experience
- Experience with Jane app and/or another EMR system
- Strong computer proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including excellent phone manner
- Shows initiative and has the ability to work with mínimal supervision

**Compensation**:
Salary ranges from $18.00 - $19.00/hour based on experience. Extended health benefits available for all employees. We value loyalty and our annual pay raises are much higher than industry standard.
