We are currently looking for an **_IT Technical Advisor _**for our Identity and Access Management team. Join our dynamic team and come play an essential role in supporting our growth.

**Workplace**: Anjou (7101, Jean-Talon Est)

**What you’ll do here**:

- Creation / modification / deletion of advanced complexity access (Unix, Oracle, Windows, etc.)
- Manage the entire life cycle of broker and employee accounts.
- Manage service SLAs and KPIs, the overall quality of IAM service deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in annual reviews, audits, quality assurance systems, surveys, mainframe maintenance, etc.
- Manage the main stakeholders of the IAM security services.
- Analyzes, identifies and corrects access risks in the different systems.
- Intervene in critical situations in the event of system failures.
- Ensure the management and integrity of user identity by following the procedures in place to secure the use of computer systems.
- Help Level I problem-solve and act as an escalation point for Level I.
- Participate in the development of documentation intended for users in conjunction with the various support services of the company.
- Qualifications**What you bring to the table**:

- Degree in computer science
- Minimum of 3 years in an identity and access management position
- In-depth knowledge of Unix, Oracle, Windows environments.
- Knowledge of identity governance solutions (SailPoint, etc.) (an asset)
- Experience and knowledge in the insurance industry (an asset)
- Team spirit
