QM’s four business lines include Demolition and Decommissioning, Hazardous Materials Abatement, Environmental Remediation including Civil Earthworks, and Emergency Management & Environmental Response Services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide first-level technical and network support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.

3. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of user PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.

5. Troubleshoot network issues and provide support for connectivity problems.

6. Support server, storage, and VMware environments under the guidance of senior IT staff.

7. Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain IT security best practices.

8. Document IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.

**Requirements**:
1. **Educational Background**: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

2. **Experience**: 3+ years of experience working in an Enterprise IT Environment.

3. **Certification**: One or more of the following certifications would be beneficial:

- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- VMware Certified Associate

4. Understanding of Enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.

6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**COMPANY POLICIES**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7L 6M9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
