**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day farm activities including planting, harvesting, and irrigation
- Supervise farm staff and provide guidance on tasks and schedules
- Maintain farm equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Operate heavy machinery for various farming tasks
- Implement pest control measures and maintain crop health
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for optimal crop growth
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively
- Ensure the farm meets safety and quality standards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in farm management or a related field
- Proficiency in operating farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of garden maintenance techniques and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment for farm operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
