As the **Project Manager** within our company, this role would require you to transform a rendering into a reality in an environment that pushes boundaries, encouraged both independent and team-driven responsibilities, and demands going that extra mile to get the job done We are excited to welcome a leader that shares a passion for finding fulfillment in pushing the boundaries and seeking a meaningful contribution on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret and oversee a wide variety of projects briefs from concept to completion.
- Set realistic expectations and communicate effectively and promptly.
- Produce comprehensive solutions that will be used at all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure that the work is produced accurately and efficiently.
- Actively source and provide recommendations on project specific needs.
- Lead communication directly with the client to deliver on their needs while adhering to the client’s budget, timeline and quality standards.
- Operate a budget and provide quotations that are clear and concise.
- Work collaboratively and foster positive relationships with the Route44 staff and vendor base.
- Provide support to other Route44 departments as required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years’ experience in project management in a related industry with a client facing role.
- Proficient in Outlook, Google Docs, various web based apps.
- Great interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mentality.
- Strong ability to accept and react to changes with tact and resourcefulness.
- Strong organizational skills.
