This is an entry level position. We are looking for someone with a mechanical inclination, an aptitude for electrical and plumbing, great time management and problem-solving skills, the ability to think on your feet, and be a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Day to day facility maintenance
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance of building, grounds, equipment, and tools
- Work in cooperation with service providers

Qualifications:

- A passion for general maintenance
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working Environment:

- Tasks may involve standing, lifting, crouching etc. for extended periods of time
- Work in a cool, wet and/or hot, wet environment
- Repetitive tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
