**About the Role**:
**Who You Are**:
In this role, effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders are paramount, ensuring clear, proactive dialogue that fosters collaborative responsibility and achievement. The Superintendent must build and maintain trust through dependable support, while exhibiting adaptability in response to evolving project needs. They should drive collaborative progress and innovation, leveraging their strategic vision to achieve long-term impact. A commitment to sustainable practices is essential, integrating solutions that enhance sustainability and uphold accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for management of daily operations on a  construction site. 
- Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule including with assisting to price projects. 
- Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and solve any issues that arise during construction including resolving deficiencies and mitigating risks. 
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management. 
- Willing and able to mentor lower-level field staff when necessary

**Your Skills**:

- Leadership and Team Collaboration - Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and construction workers. You are skilled in collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve project goals and milestones
- Construction Knowledge and Technical Proficiency - Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, processes, and specific trades. You are proficient in using construction management software and tools for project monitoring and documentation.
- Project Management and Organization - Expertise in project management principles and ability to organize and coordinate on-site activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflows to meet deadlines and project objectives.
- Safety and Risk Management - Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Ability to assess, mitigate and proactively address risks associated with construction projects.
- Communication and Client Relations - Effective communication skills for relaying information between senior management, subcontractors and on-site teams. Skilled in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.

**The salary range for this role is $90K -$120K. The exact price will be based on experience, position-based benefits, as well as a competitive bonus structure.**
