**Summary**:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Reporting & Analysis Manager is responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely financial and operational reports and analysis, and to strengthen the company’s visibility to supply chain functions. You will support business units in the development and preparation of monthly reporting and analysis and assist the organization in planning and supporting profitable and efficient businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Supply Chain Reporting and Analysis team in ensuring reports and analyses are accurate, complete, timely, and presentable.
- Lead ad hoc reporting, analytical projects and assess business trends to reveal strengths or opportunities and weaknesses or threats regarding the supply chain function.
- Design and develop executive-level dashboards, always finding new and cutting-edge ways to visualize complex data.
- Develop and maintain merchandise financial plans and channel plans to the sub-department level. Establish store level sales and inventory targets based on the company’s growth plans, translating the merchandise strategy and vision into actionable plans with profitable results.
- Create queries to monitor, compare, track, and analyze cost savings, service levels, and efficiencies. Analysis and reporting will be utilized to impact decision making processes that drive metrics such as profitability, sales, margin, turn, in-stock, sell thru and fill percent goals, among others.
- Analyze Cabela's data and make recommendations in conjunction with other business owners on Cabela's Canadian logistics strategy which will maximize customer satisfaction, service, and produce lower overall cost and increase customer satisfaction.
- Help guide the Planning & Inventory Managers in developing baseline inventory levels that will tie back to the overall merchandise financial plans that will ensure the baseline inventory levels fall within the parameters of the open to buy maximizing our GMROI.
- Aware of marketing strategies and dates to ensure they fall within the daily budgets that will allow the organization to plan weekly sales within the channel plan and merchandise plan roll ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Retail experience is an asset.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to mentor and lead
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Adapts to change in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time well
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio)
