Night Porter

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Bona Building & Management Co Ltd. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting with building maintenance. This is a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Responsible to perform nightly walkthroughs of the entire property and report security issues or risks promptly
- Required to assist with work order completion as directed by Management
- Complete tasks lists in timely manner
- Perform light cleaning as needed
- Perform and assist in routine building maintenance
- Dispose of garbage, recycling, etc throughout the company as required
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
- Grounds maintenance and snow removal, as seasons and weather require
- May be called to assist other Bona properties in the case of an after hours emergency

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Fluent in French or English (Bilingualism an asset)
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain Reliability Clearance

**Hours**: 4PM to 12AM, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
