Central Pharmacy Services is a division of Shoppers Drug Mart that prepares medication centrally and distributes them to stores for patients. This centralized production enables the pharmacists and teams at Shoppers Drug Mart/Loblaw locations to spend their time focusing on what is important - the patient

**What You'll Do**:
Program Management
- Work closely with Operations leaders and HR (Human Resources) on program development and administration of Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacist licensing support programs including building partnerships with educational institutions
- Support development and administration of CORE Leadership Development Program and other leadership development initiatives
- Support development and administration of internal CPS communication activities
- Work with partners to develop, implement and maintain a process of internal audits for operating standards across CPS sites
- Work closely with Operations Management teams to incorporate colleagues' input into the development of innovative programs and practices

**Administration Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate key events for the Senior Leadership Team such as preparing Town Hall presentations and strategy sessions
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective functioning of operating sites
- Manage the work of the Sr. Operations Coordinator and guide and support on-site Operations Coordinators across CPS
- Collaborate closely with Operations Coordinators and Operations Managers/Directors across CPS facilities to ensure efficient and effective administration practices are in place
- Recommend standard processes to drive operational excellence, coordinate with Operational leaders
- Responsible for supervising financial administration of various business activities such as invoice processing, supplies cost optimization and cost tracking for pilot programs
- Act as the point of escalation, supporting Operations leaders with vendor management (cleaners, suppliers, property owners etc.) and establish, modify, and monitor service agreements
- Provide support, as needed, in the set-up of new CPS sites
- Support Operations’ colleague onboarding processes and independent contractor set-up
- Work closely with Operations leaders and HR on departmental reporting on labour utilization, absenteeism, colleague turnover etc.

**What You'll Need**:

- 5+ years of operations, health-setting administration and/or project management experience
- Demonstrated planning, project management and organizational skills
- Proven client, partner or store relationship management and customer service capabilities
- Strong professional presence and presentation skills, including facilitation of meetings
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and create at all levels of the organization
- Quick learner: eagerness to learn and ability to rapidly assimilate new concepts and ideas
- Self-starter: demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritize
- Deliver results in a high-pressure environment
- Pharmacy operations knowledge considered a strong asset
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Degree in business, pharmacy, or another analytical field preferred
