Job Summary

The Product Delivery Manager is a strong leader who is responsible for the delivery of Product from initial development, through deployment and adoption, ongoing support and ultimately to end of life. They will manage a technical team and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality product.

The focus of this position is to manage the solutions for Aeronautical Information Systems and Instrument Flight Procedures.

In this role you will:

- Accountable and responsible for a team of Technology professionals working through technical leads and specialists.
- Manage delegated portion of the Director’s budget. Fulfills the Product Roadmap with on time releases that provide solutions to the business with high quality and within budget.
- Manage projects and releases to deliver products that align with the enterprise Technology architecture and Technology direction of NAV CANADA and are consistent with enterprise priorities.
- Drive deployment and adoption of product releases with the impacted business teams.
- Provide effective product support to ensure a high degree of end user satisfaction.
- Follow an effective control framework on production systems and ensures new systems meet internal compliance requirements.
- Contribute to and follows a consistent product delivery framework and associated controls.

What you bring:

- 3-5 years of experience as a delivery manager or team lead including leading people in a business or IT environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the delivery of information technology solutions.
- knowledge of the principles of product and project management.
- Knowledge on the implementation and/or use of products described in the job summary or equivalent products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent experience

Working Conditions:

- Travel is required less than 10% of the time
- General office environment
- This position is based at Ottawa Logistics Centre and may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
