Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front end of our establishment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while adhering to proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and entryways
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Sanitize checkout areas regularly to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service throughout the store
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food items

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operations during peak hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and assist others when needed
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
