**Sommaire de l’emploi**:
L’Assistant (e), Visuel relève du / de la Gérant (e) de magasin et est responsable de gérer l’excellence de la marque et du marchandisage visuel pour le magasin, en maximisant l’expérience client et la croissance des ventes.

En tant qu’Assistant (e), Visuel, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Gérante de magasin pour encadrer, former et mobiliser l’équipe afin de fournir un service client exceptionnel et d’atteindre/de dépasser les objectifs financiers, par l’exécution de toutes les directives de marchandisage/marketing et des stratégies de gestion des produits. En collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion, vous veillerez à la bonne exécution/adaptation de la présentation visuelle et des directives/normes de marchandisage pour le plancher de vente, ainsi que du réapprovisionnement. Vous analyserez également les rapports sur les marchandises afin d’évaluer les performances des produits et les niveaux de stock, et vous évaluerez les facteurs qui déterminent les résultats de ventes ainsi que les problèmes/priorités, afin de développer des stratégies pour maximiser l’activité commerciale.

**Qualifications**:
Diplôme d’études secondaires; études postsecondaires en commerce ou dans une discipline connexe, un atout

2 ans d'expérience en gestion, préférablement dans le domaine du vêtement mode, ou expérience de gestion équivalente

Avoir une passion pour la mode et une orientation vers le client

Démontrer des aptitudes de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décisions

Faire preuve de flexibilité, d’innovation et d’un sens de l’urgence pour identifier et savoir réagir dans un environnement de travail en constante évolution en fournissant des idées et des solutions qui auront un impact

Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, de gestion du temps, des priorités et de plusieurs projets à la fois

Établir des partenariats et prioriser la collaboration

Habiletés avec les médias sociaux, les appareils mobiles, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) ou Open-Office

Disponible pour travailler dans le cadre d’un horaire flexible (soirs, week-ends, jours fériés) selon les besoins d’affaires
