Insulation Estimator

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate job measurements using measurement tools when measuring multi residential projects, single family dwelling projects, addition or reno projects, attic upgrade projects
- Experience working in construction industry and able to build rapport with site super intendent, builders, home owners and sub-contractors
- Communicate with sub-contractors and builders for all applicable deficiencies that causing delays in the timeline of projects
- Provide best or alternative solutions in ensuring projects are not delayed
- Working with project co-ordinator in ensuring that every phase of insulation process are in line with completion time line from manpower, materials drop off, access, in ensuring smooth operations on the job site
- Experience in reading blue print and interpret the insulation scope of work from the blue print
- Documenting deficiencies, manpower/ materials issues or concerns,found solution or alternative solutions to reach workable solutions in ensuring insulation project goes as planned

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

- Detail oriented, meticuluous, good ability working with numbers
- Thorough understanding of insulation materials such as R-Value, U-Value, Building Code, Step Code, and able to articulate insulation term accordingly
- Experience in insulation is an asset
- Experience working at construction site is an asset
- Experience working in customer service is an asset
- Must have valid BC driver license with clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
