Get ready to splash into an exhilarating role where every day is an adventure As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate delivery for hot tubs and swim spas, The primary focus you will oversee the logistics and coordination of the delivery process for hot tubs and swim spas to our valued customers. It will be your responsibility is to ensure that deliveries are scheduled, organized, and executed smoothly, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery experience.

**What you'll do**:

- Schedule hot tub and swim spa deliveries based on customer availability and delivery routes.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel, drivers, and installation technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Manage delivery schedules and update customers on delivery timelines and any changes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery arrangements, inquiries, and concerns.
- Communicate delivery details, including arrival times, installation procedures, and any special requirements.
- Address customer questions and resolve delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Organize and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure that products are properly prepared and loaded onto delivery vehicles.
- Monitor delivery progress and track delivery vehicles to ensure on-time arrivals and address any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, customer interactions, and installation details.
- Generate reports on delivery and installation performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, and installation completion times.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
We're seeking passionate individuals who are:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, delivery management, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of hot tubs, swim spas, or similar products is beneficial but not required.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
