**Responsibilities**:

- Post all New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals
- Post all Wholesale deal and Dealer Trades
- Coordinate Payroll and Month End closes with Sales Managers to ensure deals are received and posted within the cut-off
- Commission Logging
- Completion of monthly Sale Journal
- Monthly reconciliation of inventory schedules
- Monthly reconciliation for Warranty receivables and deal funding
- Verify that all Sales documentation is complete (i.e., signatures, appraisals, payments, flooring paid out, correct costs, etc.)
- Must exercise full discretion and confidentiality
- Coverage of Reception and Accounting Clerk positions as needed
- Keybank/Closet/File Auditing
- Filing
- Other duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education
- Experience with CDK and 180 considered an asset
- Previous accounting experience in an automotive dealership preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong computer and communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
