**What you'll do**:

- Always be ready to genuinely greet guests when they walk through the door
- Perform quality checks as guests depart and thank them for their visit.
- Answer the phone in a polite and professional manner - you will be responsible for execution of room service orders, and off-premise orders.
- Proactively assist servers with table maintenance, running food, side duties, bussing tables, assisting to take payments, etc.
- Have a clear understanding of our menu
- Continuously communicate with servers and the managers regarding additions, section changes or changes to guest concerns and guest requests
- Take orders and deliver room service to guests staying in our hotel

- Is available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
- Experience as a host and working with Open Table is an asset
- Is available on the weekends and in the evenings. _(Shifts end at 11pm or later)_
- Must have reliable transportation - we are close to the following bus routes: 430, 410, 405, 407, C96, & C92
