**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Have ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

**Assets**:

- Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset

Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay.

Group Leader Afterschool EXCEL Program Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:25PM-6:00PM at Kingswood Elementary School.
- **Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge**_
- **Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.**_
- **Potential for additional hours**_
