**Duties and Supporting Responsibilities** Prepare the Dining Room for Service - i.e. Laying out Napkins, Utensils, Glasses etc. Familiarize and Retain Menu Items and Descriptions Ability to Dictate a Menu and Present Dishes accordingly Proper Wine Service Understand and Communicate all Products and Services Ensure complete Guest Satisfaction Any other

**Requirements* **Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays Smart-Serve Certified

Ability to work Days, Afternoons, and Evenings, Weekends and Holidays between May and October
