Fluide Dynamique est à la recherche d’opérateurs CNC expérimentés et motivés pour nos fraiseuses et tours CNC horizontaux et verticaux afin de produire des pièces de précision.
- Être capable de compléter le setup et l’opération de la machine CNC.
- Corriger et ajuster le programme selon les résultats du premier essai.
- Vérifier la pièce machinée et effectuer les corrections nécessaires.
- Être capable de lire des dessins techniques.
- Maintenir un environnement propre en tout temps.
- Avoir une connaissance de base en Mastercam.

**Education et experience**:

- Avoir soit un DEP, AEC ou certificat.
- Avoir au moins 3-5 ans d'expérience de travail.
- Une expérience de travail sur des machines 4 axes sera considérée comme un atout.

**Autres compétences**:

- Avoir de l'initiative, être propre, minutieux et ponctuel.
- Être capable de bien communiquer en anglais ou en français; ou être bilingue.

Fluid Dynamics is looking for experienced and driven CNC setup operators for both horizontal and vertical CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, including setting up and running prototype programs.
- Be able to test and make necessary adjustments to the program to ensure parts conform to technical drawing.
- Be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Be able to perform quality inspections.
- Be able to clean and maintain machines and equipment.
- Must have basic knowledge of Mastercam.

**Education and Experience**:

- Must have either DEP, AEC, or equivalent certificate.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a CNC setup operator.
- Experience working on 4-axis machines will be considered an asset.

**Other Requirements**:

- Team player, clean, organized, punctual, detailed and focused.
- Please be able to communicate in English and French.
