Fraser Health is responsible for the delivery of hospital and community-based health services from Burnaby to Fraser Canyon on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Coast Salish and Nlaka’pamux Nations, and is home to six Métis Chartered Communities.

As the Change Management Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting Fraser Health's strategic initiatives to smoothly integrate process and technology change within the organization. This involves collaborating with various departments, including HR Consulting, Benefits, Workforce Optimization, Finance, Payroll and IT. Your primary focus will be on promoting employee adoption through targeted training programs and materials, while also monitoring KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change management and training strategies.
**Here's what you'll be doing**:
- Work directly with the OCM Leads, System Integrators, and Program Leads to develop strategies and plans to support the training, communication and engagement activities for impacted stakeholder groups
- Develop and maintain role-based training collateral (procedures, e-learning material, job aids/quick reference guides)
- Develop strategies for embedding change beyond implementation. Develop metrics to measure adoption rates and effectiveness of change activities.
- Plan and execute train-the-trainer activities virtually and in person
- Develop and maintain a centralised repository for easy access to up-to-date training materials
- Assess impacts of project change requests onto change management scope, timelines, and resource, and provide recommendations to leadership
- Define KPIs to assess the efficacy of change management activities and programs. Monitor KPIs throughout deployment and report to leadership regularly.
- Support the execution of the communication strategy to keep impacted stakeholders informed of changes
- Support the OCM team through the coordination of the change agent network responsible for delivering key messages in Fraser Health offices, hospitals and care centers.
- Promote a learning and continuous improvement culture
- Direct third-party teams responsible for OCM delivery to ensure accountability and provision of deliverables
**To qualify for this role, you'll need**:
- Designation or accreditation in Change Management is an asset. PROSCI highly desirable.
- Minimum of seven years of proven experience leading large-scale cross functional process and change management initiatives.
- Experience setting up training programs, ideally in an HR environment in healthcare.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influence and conflict management skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, or Accounting.
- Three to five years of recent, related experience in Human Resources or Corporate Finance Accounting, with involvement in systems review and technical systems work, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
