**Job Summary**
Aspen Creek Designer Homes is a boutique home builder. Our goal is to provide our clients with homes built of superior quality while also giving them an exceptional customer service experience. We are a small, tight-knit team who work hard, support and respect each other and love what we do.

We have an opening for a full time Site Supervisor for our new development in Balzac. This Site Supervisor needs to be an expert at keeping all the balls in the air including planning, permitting, organizing and coordinating subcontractors and managing the budget. The Site Supervisor is an integral part of our team and is vital to maintaining the highest standards and producing an exceptional home for our amazing clients

This position will report directly to the Project Manager.

Duties will include:

- Managing multiple construction sites on a daily basis at all stages of construction
- Building solid relationships with the various trades and vendors on site. Leading, scheduling and coordinating the work of those trades and vendors
- Hands on construction (framing, backing, touch ups, site maintenance etc)
- Ensuring compliance regarding all health and safety regulations
- Reviewing and contributing to development of project plans and specifications to ensuring accurate scheduling and costing
- Ensuring our homes are built to Aspen Creek Designer Homes standards, in accordance with Alberta Building Code, the IFC plan and specifications
- Managing budgets, schedules, trade communication and daily log within Co-Construct
- Accountable for meeting deadlines and budgets
- Focusing on raising the bar in customer satisfaction, product quality and workforce performance, while ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget

Requirements for this position are:

- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or related role
- Technical background is essential. Please include all training and courses completed
- Proven track record of managing multiple residential projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of residential construction from stakeout to drywall. Experience with framing or general carpentry is an asset
- Sound judgment when setting priorities and can make decisions under pressure
- Excellent project management and conflict management skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills [written, verbal, electronic], meticulous attention to detail, comfortable with multi-tasking
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, comfortable setting goals and tasks
- Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code in accordance with current best practices

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
