We are looking for a Pitman at our Walker - Vineland Quarry location.

**Pitman**

Your responsibilities will include:

- General Clean Up; (Shoveling, scraping, debris removal, washing etc.)
- Perform general plant and equipment inspections; documenting relevant findings.
- Operate a Haul Truck and stockpile for the Quarry Plant.
- Work with our Customers in a professional manor.
- Work with our Operations and Quality Control to ensure our products meet our customer’s needs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Quarry Plant Supervisor.
- Perform/assist with minor plant repairs.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma, or equivalent by experience;
- Experience in a related Aggregate/ Construction Industry
- Experience operating a skid steer/ man lift equipment.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- The ability to work flexible hours.
- The ability to take initiative on the job.

This is a unionized environment with an hourly wage of $25.61. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefit and pension plan.
