**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries.
- Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with special requests and accommodate guest needs.
