**Expérience dans**
- Rénovations générales
- Surveille l’état de la propriété et y corrige toute lacune à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de la propriété
- Signaler toutes les lacunes d’entretien pour que des mesures correctives soient prises
- Remplacer les pièces mécaniques usées, endommagées ou défectueuses
- Estimer les coûts de la main-d’œuvre ou des matériaux
- Commander du matériel, des fournitures ou de l’équipement, sur approbation
- Effectue des inspections d’entretien préventif planifiées
- Entretenir l’équipement ou la machinerie de travail
- Enregistrer des informations sur les pièces, les matériaux ou les procédures de réparation
- Présenter les travaux conformément aux spécifications
- Surfaces ou équipement de peinture
- Être conscient de la santé et de la sécurité et signaler tous les dangers pour la sécurité
- S’assure que les zones sont laissées propres et sécurisées une fois les travaux de service terminés
- Autres fonctions de la portée, de la nature et de l’objet de l’emploi, à la demande de la direction

**Salary **25$ to 35$/hour - Part-time, Independent Contractor position

**ABOUT US**

**Requirements**:

- Able to provide own tools and vehicle
- Able to push, pull and lift moderate weight, up to 50 lbs
- Able to see details up close

**Skills needed**
- Experience in manual tasks of all types
- Good organizational, collaboration, and planning skills
- Good manual skills
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot, report issues, and resolutions

**Experience in**
- General renovations
- Monitors the condition of and addresses any deficiencies in, the interior and exterior of the property
- Report all maintenance deficiencies for corrective action
- Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
- Estimate costs for labor or materials
- Order materials, supplies, or equipment, upon approval
- Completes scheduled preventative maintenance inspections
- Maintain work equipment or machinery
- Record information about parts, materials, or repair procedures
- Lay out work according to specifications
- Paint surfaces or equipment
- To be Health & Safety conscious and report all safety hazards
- Ensures that areas are left clean and secured after service work is completed
- Other duties within the scope, nature, and purpose of the job, as requested by management
