We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team at PUNNY FARM INC. The Quality Control Inspector will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the stringent quality standards expected by our customers. This position involves conducting thorough inspections of both crops and livestock, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of crops, livestock, and agricultural processes to assess quality parameters.
- Perform detailed examinations of produce, ensuring adherence to size, color, and other quality specifications.
- Evaluate the health and welfare of livestock, identifying any signs of illness or distress.
- Monitor and maintain records of environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and soil quality.
- Collaborate with farm managers and agricultural technicians to implement corrective actions and improve quality control processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any quality-related concerns or issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and animal welfare.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and training programs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize product quality and yield.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to quality control in agriculture.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Food Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in quality control or inspection within the agricultural industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to agriculture (e.g., GAP, HACCP).
- Knowledge of agricultural practices, crop/livestock management, and quality assurance principles.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies for data collection and analysis.

**Salary**: $24.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
