Fix Auto in Abbotsford is seeking a dynamic Jr. Collision Estimator to become a vital part of our busy Collision Center Working closely with experienced Customer Service Representatives and Estimators, you will receive hands-on experience by performing a wide array of duties enabling you to advance your career in the collision industry

**Job Duties**:

- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repair.
- Effectively support front office operations and various departments in the collection centre.
- Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
- Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
- Deliver repaired vehicles to customers.

**Ideal Requirements**:

- Experience in private or public insurance or the collision industry is considered an asset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Resourceful with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma and a valid Driver’s License are required.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
