We are currently looking for an** IT Specialist - Level 3**. This technician will be placed at our customer's site in Quebec. Our client operates in the pharmaceutical / medical sector.

Tasks and responsibilities:_**
- Analyze current capabilities and prerequisites of the environment.
- Recommend improvements to the environment and work plan.
- Develop solutions and work structure to deliver / support integration.
- Be able to solve unanticipated problems.
- Handle and follow up problems and requests: manage priorities and time.
- Document and ensure quality of interventions.
- Ability to manage N2 and N3 technicians.
- Maintain and update infrastructures and equipment.
- Meet customer requests according to contractual terms and offer advice in defining new requirements.

Skills :_**
- Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VM.
- Systems knowledge: Windows Server, IIS, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure AD.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure IAAS and PAAS: Azure Backups, InTune, Autopilot, Bastion, WAF, VPN Gateway, etc.
- Knowledge of Office 365: SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of security technologies: firewalls (Fortinet, Watchguard), VPN, MFA, ConditionalAccess, etc.
- Knowledge of network infrastructures: Fortinet, Cisco, HP(switch and WIFI).

Qualifications:_**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrate a good level of autonomy (good planning, good follow-up and accountability, initiative).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with a fast pace and tight deadlines.

- Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-800, AZ-801, MS-100
- Fortinet NSE 3 - 6
- Cisco CCNA, CCIE
