We are currently looking for motivated and dynamic Sales Agents in _**Wasaga Beach, Barrie, and Collingwood.**_ This role is commission-based, offering a lucrative opportunity for those passionate about the cannabis industry to contribute meaningfully while gaining substantial financial rewards.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Sales Execution**:Close consumers premium deals.

**Daily Engagement**:Directly interact with consumers to enhance relationships and drive sales.

**CRM Management**:Accurately record all sales activities in HubSpot.

**Weekly Reporting**:Consistently update your Regional Sales Manager on your progress and milestones.

**Event Participation**: Actively represent Grow and Share at industry events to boost brand visibility and market reach.
- **Earnings and Contractual Structure**_

**Commission Rates**: Earn 65% on consumer sign-ups (average $52 per registration).

**Potential Earnings**: Expect to earn between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, with potential to surpass this based on performance. *No Commission Cap*

**Contract Details**: This position is under a direct contract with a Regional Sales Manager, not as an employee of Grow and Share.
