- Previous experience in a dispatching or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of geographical area and ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems
