**Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic Consultants to grow our **Life Sciences **team in Toronto**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as **Pharmaceutical Project Manager**.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute program management effectively, overseeing progress in terms of schedule, costs, and resources to ensure the success of the Manufacturing 4.0 program
- Coordinate internal and external program activities, ensuring clear and effective communication among teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives
- Lead change management initiatives, identifying and mitigating change impacts, effectively communicating changes, and ensuring successful implementation
- Act as a catalyst to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among diverse stakeholders and teams within the Manufacturing 4.0 program

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- PMI certification would be a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar magnitude within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with IT management tools and digital tools deployment
- Experience in change management and life science projects highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required and proficiency in French preferred
