**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) Richmond |YVR Terminal Airport
- **Requirement: Must have a 'car to drive to work'**:

- Wage: $18 /hour
- Location: Agar Drive, Richmond
- Work Schedule: Monday evening, Wednesday evening, Friday evening (3 hrs. and 45 min. per session) || Tuesday evening & Thursday evening (2 hrs. and 45 min. per session ||
- Hours: 16.75 hrs /week TOTAL

2) Richmond | "2" Exterior Litter Picking (Parkade & Sidewalks)

1st Job Site:

- Wage: $22/hour
- Location: No. 6 Road - Benchmark
- Work Schedule: Tuesday "morning" (2 hrs.)
- Hours: 2 hours per week (TOTAL)

2nd Job Site:

- Wage: $22/hour
- Location: Gilbert Road - Cascade City
- Work Schedule: (2 hrs.) Tuesday "morning" and (2 hrs.) Saturday "morning"
- Hours: 4 hours per week (TOTAL)

Mandatory qualifications:

- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors

Preferred qualifications:

- You own and drive a vehicle
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Wipe, and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
