Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team on a Part-Time basis. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional service. **Salary**: $16-$17/hr + gratuities
**Shifts**: Full Time/Permanent. Weekdays, weekends, days and evenings.

Key Responsibilities
- Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for guests, providing personalized and attentive service.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of expertly crafted cocktails, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and other beverages, and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and the kitchen, especially in relation to food and cocktail pairings.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and ingredients, following health and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their preferences and anticipating their needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions, ensuring the proper recording of all sales and maintaining strict accountability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new beverage products, and mixology techniques, and incorporate them into the development of innovative and enticing cocktail offerings.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bar staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fine dining restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and graciously with guests and colleagues.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of beverages even during peak hours.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the demands of the business.
