Part Time Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff on BrokerBay
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform general tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Broker-loading/uploading Listings onto MLS (TREB's Multiple Listing System)
- Exceptional Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Brokerbay, TREB/STRATUS, Webforms/Authentisign
- Preparing legal documents: Offers, Amendments, Waivers, etc. using Webforms/Authentisign
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Professional and courteous demeanor
