The Team Lead Walmart leads and manages the Customer Logistics face and voice for Johnson and Johnson for Walmart Canada. Acts as the Logistics Subject Matter Expert and enables strategic improvements and tactical issue resolution.

The Team Lead Walmart CPFR will have 2 CPFR direct reports and will be the key lead for our Walmart team for CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecast Replenishment) and will work in partnership with our key customers, Customer Development Managers, Demand Planning and Supply Planning, to improve customer forecast accuracy and ensure accurate replenishment of inventory with a goal to meet all internal and customer metrics on fill rate, inventory levels and promotional volume.

This individual will lead the overall Joint Value Creation with Walmart and have opportunities to be involved in benchmarking, attending industry conferences, partnering with CPFR counterparts in other J&J regions to assess methodologies to help improve the CPFR team in Canada. There will be opportunities to identify and lead improvement projects, which include coordinated demand planning efforts, incorporating more sophisticated forecasting methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develops and enables a collaborative relationship with: Customer's Supply Chain, J&J Commercial teams, and the North American Customer Logistics organization.
- Represents J&J Customer Logistics as the key contact in all supply chain issues and represent all Logistics process owners to customer.
- Responsible for the strategic development of customer logistics with Walmart; crafting growth opportunities and driving efficiencies through joint supply chain collaboration.
- Leads all Walmart key performance and/or service metrics including customer inventory levels, Retail in Stocks, fill rate, accounts receivable, promotion and new item execution. Lead all aspects of operational excellence with the customer including all supply processes, process improvements and issue resolution at multiple levels.
- Lead continuous improvement for CPFR (collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment) initiatives with Walmart. Develop strong customer relationships enabling cross company collaboration for joint value creation.
- Acts as customer champion who brings Walmart specific requests and practices back into J&J. Champions the initiatives with other functional areas to satisfy customer requirements (e.g., case/inner pack requirements, network opportunities etc.). Has a detailed knowledge of customer's systems, processes, and infrastructure (ECCnet, listings, etc.) and how they link into our internal systems and processes. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and customer advocate as well as voice of customer to all internal J&J groups.
- Seeks and uses connections for demonstrating opportunities with US counterparts.
- Provide analysis/review around key customer metrics such as inventory levels, fill rate (internally and externally). The analysis will be required on a weekly basis as well as ad hoc as required by the team or Walmart.
- Prepare and participate in weekly reviews with the customer’s replenishment team as well as attending department reviews with category management, replenishment team and CDMs
- Finds opportunities to increase sales and/or minimize lost sales by focusing on store specific tactics.
- Supervise, analyze, and provides recommendations to better align internal forecast with customers demand levels.
- Work with Sales, Supply Chain and Customer to address behaviors that drive inefficiency and / or unnecessary cost into supply chain activities. Analyze service metrics to improve business practices resulting in value creation or waste elimination.

**Qualifications**
