Inbound Call Handler

We are currently seeking an Inbound Call Handler to join our dynamic team. As an Inbound Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
- Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Adhering to company guidelines and quality standards for call handling and customer service

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction

Pay: $20.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
