Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary - Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear - Maintain and clean painting equipment after each use
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Skills: - Experience in industrial painting or a similar role
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting painting equipment - Familiarity with fabrication, welding, machining, or other related skills is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a forklift or crane is desirable
