**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join the dynamic team at Latium Fleet and play a pivotal role in our operations. This position is tailor-made for individuals who are passionate about logistics, excel in organization and planning, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will engage directly with our corporate clients, utilizing effective communication skills and teamwork. Your contributions will be integral to ensuring the seamless operation of our fleet, encompassing maintenance, logistics, and upholding our unwavering commitment to service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as an invaluable resource for our clients, providing expert advice and assistance.
- Assist in preparing data, reports, and materials for client meetings and attend such meetings when necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks related to our client base and any additional assignments as required.
- Offer consultations to clients on vehicle maintenance and repairs, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Plan and oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, and emergency services, coordinating schedules with repair shops and drivers. You may also be involved in vehicle pick-up and delivery.
- Assist with inventory management, storage, and receiving of fleet-related items.
- Review and monitor vendor rates and repair services.
- Handle work order audits and prepare pre-invoices for clients.

**Education and Experience**:
A post-secondary degree is preferred, and while a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or the automotive industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract is required.

**Salary**: $48,396.16-$60,000.00 per year
