**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

Our Chambly office specializes in automation and electrical power. Our mandates generally cover engineering services, product supply, installation and commissioning of equipment. The professionalism, creativity, excellence and efficiency of our employees make us a leader in the field of control and protection systems.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop and implement test procedures and documentation of electrical cabinets;
- Perform manufacturing tests, internal functional (pre-FAT) and functional with customer (FAT) on electrical cabinets of speed control (max 125Vdc), excitation cabinets (control: max 125Vdc, reduced voltage power: 600 Vac);
- Participate in the installation activities, commissioning and site qualification of projects (on-site work requirements presented below);
- Develops and prepares engineering plans and documents such as schematic drawings, installation drawings, thread diagrams, cable routing, material list and cable lists in accordance with project technical specifications and applicable codes;
- Participate in the manufacturing follow-up of instrumentation cabinets, control and protection panels and connection boxes;
- Prepares technical specifications and provides support to the procurement process by participating in selection, negotiation and technical discussions with suppliers and subcontractors;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing direct and indirect costs and improving the efficiency of project design and delivery processes;
- Develops and prepares engineering plans and documents such as schematic drawings, installation drawings, thread diagrams, cable routing, material lists and cable lists in accordance with project technical specifications and applicable codes;

**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS**
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Attestation of Collegial Studies in Electrical Engineering (required);
- Experience in low voltage electrical testing (required), medium voltage (asset);
- Experience in design of instrumentation, control and protection systems (asset);
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (must) and ePlan (asset)
- Bilingual - French & English;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, Word, Project, etc.);
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and meet project and deliverable schedules;
- Legal status to work in Canada is required.
