- Aider à la préparation et à la cuisson de 3 repas par jour et de petites collations pour environ 220 personnes en collaboration avec les sous-chefs et le chef de cuisine ;
- Laver et couper la viande, les fruits et les légumes ;
- Aider à dresser les assiettes et les tables ;
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et désinfecter les équipements de cuisine pendant et après le travail.

- Capacité à travailler en équipe ;
- Autonomie et capacité à prendre des initiatives ;
- Solides compétences en communication ;
- Une connaissance de base de l'anglais est préférable.

**Logement**:Vous partagerez une cabane rustique avec 3 à 8 autres personnes. Le salaire comprend le logement et la nourriture.

**Repas**:En plus des 3 repas quotidiens, qui sont fournis, vous aurez toujours accès à des fruits frais et un espace pour stocker votre nourriture personnelle.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a prep cook you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation of food for all people on camp. You will spend the main part of your day completing basic preparations for dishes as well as putting food away after meals. Your tasks will include:

- Assisting with preparing and cooking 3 meals a day plus small snacks for approx. 220 people in collaboration with Sous Chefs and Head Chef;
- Washing and cutting meat, fruits and vegetables;
- Helping set plates and tables;
- Maintaining a clean work environment and sanitizing kitchen equipment during and after shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the field is preferred, but not required;
- Accurate and efficient task execution;
- Ability to work as a team member;
- Autonomy and ability to take initiative;
- Strong communication skills;
- Knowledge of basic French is preferred

**Housing**:You will share a rustic cabin with 3-8 other people. Salary includes room and board.

**Meals**:Meals are provided and you will always have access to fresh fruit and space to store personal food.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 10 weeks
