Join the Home Team as a **Learning Business Partner** to support the development and delivery of learning experiences that positively impact our Team Members’ ability to achieve corporate strategic objectives. Based out of St. Jacobs, ON, in a hybrid/flexible work environment, our Learning Business Partner will have the opportunity to collaborate with our amazing Learning and Development team, Corporate Leaders and Team Members from all areas of the business. Through these partnerships, we will develop a greater understanding of evolving business needs through needs analysis, which will lead a journey through a full end-to-end learning cycle.

**What you’ll do**:

- Partner with the business and conduct enterprise learning needs analysis at all levels of the organization and recommend learning solutions based on findings.
- Design and co-facilitate remote and in-person training sessions that directly align to Home Hardware’s objectives for all levels and roles within the organization.
- Manage large-scale projects including leadership development and on-boarding programs.
- Lead the design and development of enterprise learning methodologies, structures, and processes (Centre of Excellence) to support business training functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, assess and implement components of complex learning solutions based on needs analysis and functional strategic objectives.
- Design assessment and evaluation tools that focus on delivering effective and engaging learning experiences and development.
- Facilitate face-to-face and virtual instructor-led sessions to a wide variety of audiences.
- Develop written communications that will be sent out to stakeholders regarding Learning and Development initiatives and processes.
- Drive the adoption of the LMS (The Learning Hub) by working with the business, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Management Team.

**What we’re looking for**:

- College or University degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education, Human Resources or related education.
- Over five years’ experience developing and delivering learning solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with learning needs analysis, instructional design of learning programs for all levels of the organization using ADDIE and Design Thinking, internal and external learning consulting, facilitating training programs, and implementing large-scale initiatives in a corporate and field environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints.
- Take an innovative approach to learning that suits a modern, fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with all business stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Aptitude for continuous learning, adapting to shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguous situations.
- Experience with Leadership Development, Vendor Management and Learning Management Systems.
- Some experience developing e-Learning modules with various authoring tools such as Lectora, Storyline, Captivate or Camtasia.
- CHRL designation would be considered an asset or a willingness to work toward CHRL designation.
