We are looking for an experienced person to join our development and property maintenance team. We are a small group which means everyday is different than the last. You will be constantly learning new skills and solving problems that arise.

**Responsibilities**:
Construction - New Construction & Renovations

Currently we have new construction and renovations projects on the go. You will be involved in hands on work, and also working with the trades. Each project with require different tasks be done.
- Framing
- Drywall
- Demolition
- Management

Property Management

We do all of our property management in house. In the summer you will do about 1 day a week of landscaping.

In the winter our biggest task is snow removal. This involves being on call at all times, and long shifts to ensure everything is cleared before 8am. We will often start at 6pm and work through the night clearing snow with the skidsteer. Once all the snow is piled, we come back the next day to dump it.

Building Maintenance

Buildings need constant upkeep and maintenance. From plumbing to roofs, we will constantly be involved in maintaining and repairing issues. This needs to be done in a time affective manner and done right the first time. It may need to be done in odd hours if the issue is urgent.
- Plumbing repairs
- Roof repairs
- Electrical repairs
- Filter changes
- Drywall & Painting

This position is full-time, long-term.

Must be willing to work long shifts when needed.

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
