Carpenter Forman

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
- Ensure that all work is performed according efficiently and safe.
- Oversee all tasks performed by crew labour including framing, finishing, windows and doors, siding etc
- Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper techniques for carpentry
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed as scheduled.
- Maintain an organized job site, including the proper use and storage of hand tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, Site superintendents, clients, and subcontractors regarding project progress.

**Skills**
- Strong carpentry skills with experience in various construction methods.
- Knowledgeable in construction painting processes and materials.
- Capable maintenance person with expertise in caulking and minor repairs.
- Familiarity with using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with siding installation and maintenance.
- Ability to assemble structures based on blueprints or project specifications.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
