Cashier/helper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. **Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain an orderly checkout area
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Sales experience to promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Fluent in English for effective communication with customers
- Urdu / Hindi / Punjabi is a plus
