We're expanding our team We are looking for a full-time Water Damage Reconstruction Technician.

**Position**: Water Damage Reconstruction Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with restoring residential and commercial properties back to their regular function
- Understand techniques for proper installation of insulation to improve energy efficiency and maintain climate control
- Ability to install drywall including mudding, taping, and finishing to achieve a smooth and seamless surface
- Knowledge of laying various types of flooring, such as hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet, ensuring precision and durability
- Perform framing work and align all structural features such as trusses
- Proficient in painting and finishing to guarantee a polished and aesthetically pleasing final appearance
- Attend onsite meetings as required and establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of insurance protocols and claims processes
- Experience working in multi-unit settings with strong knowledge of property management protocols
- Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted and work in tight spaces
- Professional communication skills and stellar organization and documentation abilities
- Commitment to creating and working in a clean, safe environment
- Valid driver's license and clean criminal record

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
